What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ depends on the product type, design, material, logo application and customization details. Please send us your requirements, and we will recommend a suitable MOQ based on your project.
Can I do mixed colors for 25pcs?
Mixed colors may be possible depending on the style, fabric availability and production arrangement. Please contact us with your quantity and color plan, and we will check the best solution for you.
Why is your printing color different from my design?
Slight color differences can happen because of material texture, printing method, screen display and production conditions. If you need closer color matching, please provide Pantone references or clear color standards before sampling.
Could you please show me my hat production process?
Yes. We can share photos or videos of key production stages, and in some cases we can also arrange a video call to help you better understand the process.
Why did you charge me a mold/model fee?
Some custom logos, patches, labels, prints or special trims require setup work before production. This may include mold, pattern or preparation costs depending on the customization method.
Can the sample fee be deducted from the bulk order?
In some cases, sample fees can be credited toward a bulk order. This depends on the product type, order quantity and final order details. Please confirm with our team before placing the order.
Can you do a design/mock-up for me?
Yes. If you send us your logo, artwork, reference images or ideas, we can prepare a mock-up for your review before sampling.
If I don’t like the sample, what’s the solution?
We will review your feedback carefully and discuss possible adjustments. If changes are feasible, we can revise the sample based on the confirmed requirements.
Can I change the details in the production stage?
Changes may be possible before production starts. Once materials are prepared or production is already in progress, some changes may no longer be possible or may cause extra cost and delay.
Can you send me the catalog for reference?
We mainly produce custom products, so we do not rely on a fixed stock catalog. However, we can share reference styles, previous customization options and product examples based on your needs.
Can I make some changes after I see the samples?
Yes. Minor or necessary adjustments can usually be discussed after sample review. We will check the requested changes and confirm the best way to proceed.
Can I do custom packaging?
Yes. We can support custom packaging options such as boxes, bags, labels, hang tags and other branding details based on your requirements.
Do you have certification?
Please contact us for our currently available certifications, testing documents or compliance information related to products, materials or production.
Can you send me photos of the hats before shipping?
Yes. We can provide product photos or videos before shipment for your confirmation.
